It was friday night. It was cold and rainy. And all through the neighborhood were the sounds of my husband screaming and yelling about how shitty the locks were. He couldn’t open up the door. I gave these guys a call and they came out to me and let us in the house, but not before my husband decided to give the tech a few choice words to hear. It wasn’t the techs fault, but he let my hubby vent. then afterward he said not to worry about it that he is used to working with frustrated people. Thanks guys, in many more ways than one!
