I recently came into Julie's office with my three year old and was very
impressed with the service that I received. There was a play area for my
daughter to play in and the sales agent, Karmen, who helped me, was
professional but not "stuffy." I got the opportunity to meet Julie and she
assured me if I ever have any questions or concerns she will be there for
me.
As a young mom, I appreciate the patience the agent had and was grateful for
her not being annoyed with my daughter. The way Karmen explained everything
made it very simple to understand and I was not overwhelmed with
information. I will be recommending you and your team to my friends and
family.
I also like the flexibility that they give for payments and that when I
email them someone emails me back right away!
