Julie Moe State Farm Agent

I recently came into Julie's office with my three year old and was very impressed with the service that I received. There was a play area for my daughter to play in and the sales agent, Karmen, who helped me, was professional but not "stuffy." I got the opportunity to meet Julie and she assured me if I ever have any questions or concerns she will be there for me. As a young mom, I appreciate the patience the agent had and was grateful for her not being annoyed with my daughter. The way Karmen explained everything made it very simple to understand and I was not overwhelmed with information. I will be recommending you and your team to my friends and family. I am a new customer of Julie Moe – State Farm Insurance. I used the internet to find my new insurance company. What impressed me the most about Julie’s office was how quickly they got back to me and how they actually seemed to care about me as a person. Karmen sent me a flier of the office with everyone’s picture on it. I instantly felt like I was getting to know them. She also asked me about my life and what I had to protect. She tried to make sure I was getting a good value on my car insurance (and renter’s insurance), but also made sure that I wouldn’t be hung out to dry if something horrific happened to me. I didn’t feel that way with the other companies I shopped with. I ended up going into meet with Karmen. Julie also made sure she came in and introduced herself. Her office is gorgeous and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I left with a “goodie bag” and a great feeling about my choice to change my insurance company. more
