I called at 8pm for service the next morning scheduled between 9am and 11am. The office called at exactly 9am to let me know the plumber was on the way. He arrived 30 minutes later. Patrick surveyed the situation (a clogged sewer line) and had it repaired within an hour. And suggested ways to keep the problem from coming back. There was no hard sell or scamming. He was very friendly, and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would use Roto-Rooter of weehawken again without question.
