Yes, it's a chain restaurant, but it's a high end chain (not an Olive Garden). It's one of the Brinker International restaurants (Chili's is the other major one in Austin).
The food is delicious as are the desserts. Save room if you can! The smothered chocolate cake is served warm -- too die for! If you're pretty full already, try the tiramisu - it's light and has a caffiene to keep you from sagging after a heavy meal.
