Mr. Chan's is located conveniently close to campus, and it's a welcome break from the on campus food served in the coffee house. The quality is low as expected, but if you go into there with that midset, then it's really not so bad. This is definitely not the place to go if you are looking for authentic Chinese food, but what they do well is totally americanized chinese food. Also the portions large and you get a greater value for quantity of food than in the coffee house.
