When our pilot light went out suddenly we were without hot water. I had several companies that I called out of the yellow pages come out and got a different answer each time. We decided to buy a new one because we didn't have a sense any of them knew what they were talking about but wanted to sell us something. We went to Home Depot and picked one out and they sent Fast Water Heater to our home that afternoon. Jason was great and told us he felt it was a part and not the entire water heater. Unfortunately that didn't turn out to be true but when he returned they cedited the money we had already spent towards the new heater. He made every effort to see that we got it fixed properly and wasn't just interested in selling us something new. I would highly recommend Fast Water Heater.
