My sales rep was Alan & from start to finish my experience was fabulous. I'm shock with some reviews I read. Jim & Rick did the install & time wise was great considering what needed to be done. Everyone was polite & professional. I got the install day & time I requested. I live my new converted fireplace & thank you Alan for help making my experience the BOMB.
