Hendrix Air really do provide great service. I needed them to come out a couple times and they actually made it a point to work around my schedule. In fact, the first day they showed up early so that meant I didn't have to miss much work. Then, the next time they came out, I mentioned not being able to miss any more work, but would be home at 4. They scheduled the repair for 4:30 pm and I didn't have to miss any extra work. That really stood out in my mind and made quite an impression on me. Another good thing is that the technician was very polite and professional. He didn't have a know-it-all attitude and was actually very pleasant. Everything was hassle free and I highly recommend Hendrix Air. They did a great job!
