Really Good Service 3/8/2017

I've had very good service from Hendrix Air, I'd give them the highest rating. They come out, they installed the new heating and cooling system, and they've been up to double check. They make sure everything is working good, they clean up, and I've never had to call them. I really appreciate their services. I would recommend them to others, I already have. Recently, they did a service on my machine and made sure everything was clean with the air filters. They called recently to offer more services, which was nice. I've going to call them back to get more things done. more

Business Model Seems Overly Complex 2/13/2017

I had Hendrix Air come out and give me an estimate on some repairs I needed and their prices were so high that I ended up getting a second opinion. They offered me a 5-tiered model of service, which I've never heard of so I wasn't really into the business model. When I got a second opinion they gave a simpler proposal and quoted me about 1/3 of the cost, so I went with them instead. more

Dangerous and Unprofessional - Beware 2/8/2017

I do not recommend Hendrix Air at all, nor will I ever use them again. I had them put in 2 new units for me and I had problems throughout the entire experience. The workers left the gas gauges hooked up - I couldn't believe it. So they came out to deal with that. Then, I had to call them back because there were problems with the duct work. So again, they had to come back out. It was just one thing after another really - problem after problem. The technicians were unprofessional and they did a crummy job installing. The owner did contact me but wasn't helpful or understanding at all. It seems to me that he pretty much waited me out and wasted my time until I eventually had enough and counted it a loss. It was a horrible experience and I absolutely do not recommend them. more

I was very pleased with Hendrix Air. We had them before and Bob has been using them for many years and so I know they are his go-to company. He just came out of surgery so he can't do this, but we are very pleased with them. We changed our services to them, we had another company before and now Hendrix does our maintenance and everything. We feel good about this. more

Responsive and knowledgeable. A trustworthy organization. 12/8/2016

I think I would recommend Hendrix Air because they are very good at communicating and very good at getting you help as soon as possible. For example,even though I am not that close, they are pretty responsive and they are also very knowledgeable people. I can't think of anything that I would change about their services. I usually leave the contractor do their thing instead of looking over their shoulders and to me, they are a very trustworthy organization. more

Been A Customer For Years! 12/2/2016

I've been a customer with Hendrix Air for about 10-15 years.I've never had a problem with scheduling and the workers who come out do a really good job. On the last visit they cleaned my coils, on the next visit they'll be doing some duct work, and they fixed plenty of things around my home over the years. I can't recommend their service enough. Their pricing is fair and quality of the work is really good. more

They've done a checkup on my AC system twice, great pricing and customer service. 11/30/2016

This was my second time using Hendrix Air, I've called them to do an annual checkup before on my air-conditioning system that I bought from someone else a couple of years back. Their pricing and customer service are great, they schedule really quickly too. When I called they came around almost immediately to do the checkup, within a day, and this was around Thanksgiving. They're great and I would call them again. more

Perfect 11/21/2016

I have a lot to say about Hendrix Air. I've had them do a lot of stuff. The contractor that built my house messed up a lot of stuff, and Hendrix Air helped me fix it all. The installers that came, John and Shane, they're top notch. They have a lot of attention to detail. They're not just looking to do the bare minimum it takes to get the job "done". They made sure everything was done correctly. Since so much went wrong when the house was first built, they noticed all sorts of problems in the system that I hadn't told them about. They could have easily said that it wasn't their problem or tried to charge me extra to fix it, but instead the just took care of it for no extra charge. more

They do excellent work, use them! 10/31/2016

This was my first time using Hendrix Air and they did fantastic work! I hired them to do some cleaning and repair, and they were very fast and efficient. Everything was sparkling and running smoothly after they came by. I couldn't have done it myself and I truly appreciate the guys over at Hendrix for doing such a good job. Their prices are fair and their scheduling is very accommodating, and they can take care of almost anything. They are very reliable and friendly and I highly recommend using their services! more

Good job 10/20/2016

I've had Hendrix Air out to the house to do just about everything. They installed a new heat pump for us. They also replaced all the mechanisms that go along with it. They put in a new blower. On top of all that, last week I had them go over my duct work. They found some holes, so they repaired them. They put some of that sealer stuff on them. I been satisfied with their services so far. Everything's been on the up and up. I'd recommend them to my friends. more

Excellent service 10/11/2016

I called Hendrix Air because my air conditioner had stopped working. They came out the next day. They were very efficient. Even wore booties over their shoes so they wouldn't track anything into the house. They found the problem to be a short. My water conditioning system had shorted out the air conditioning unit. They immediately disconnected everything and turned off the breaker until I could get somebody out here to fix the water system. Once that was fixed, they came back and made sure my air conditioner was working fine. The best part is that I have a customer care card, where they do a couple service calls a year for me, so it was no charge. I highly recommend them. more

5 stars!! 9/27/2016

Hendrix Air really do provide great service. I needed them to come out a couple times and they actually made it a point to work around my schedule. In fact, the first day they showed up early so that meant I didn't have to miss much work. Then, the next time they came out, I mentioned not being able to miss any more work, but would be home at 4. They scheduled the repair for 4:30 pm and I didn't have to miss any extra work. That really stood out in my mind and made quite an impression on me. Another good thing is that the technician was very polite and professional. He didn't have a know-it-all attitude and was actually very pleasant. Everything was hassle free and I highly recommend Hendrix Air. They did a great job! more

reliable service, great customer service 8/29/2016

I have been using Hendrix Air for a few years now, as I have a contract with them so they come out twice a year in order to do home maintenance and check for emergencies that need to be fixed. When I need to schedule an appointment they always can come out on short notice to get the work done. Once when I called about a problem with my thermostat one of the workers from Hendrix Air stopped by on their way home to check it out, and realized the problem was a dead battery in the thermostat, which the worker then went and got me a replacement and installed it. The only complaint I have is that the price is a little steep for what I can afford, especially after they raised the prices recently. Overall I have had good experiences using Hendrix Air, I will continue to use their services, and would recommend them to any friends or family I know who are looking for similar services. more

I have to say that the people over at Hendrix Air are very easy to work with. They are very easy to schedule and the technicians that came out were right on time which was nice. You could tell they really knew what they were doing because they were able to assess the problem in a matter of minutes. They were able to get everything back up and running within a little under two hours which was great. Their prices were very reasonable and I have to say that I am very satisfied with their service. more

Hendrix Air was on time, professional, did what they promised and they were affordable. They manage the heating and air conditioning systems for my house, and I've been using them for a little more than a year. In booking appointments they are flexible with me. Recently, they did a biannual service inspection--AC for the summer--and everything was fine. more

They are wonderful 7/29/2016

Hendrix Air put in a new air conditioner last year and I've had wonderful service ever since. They respond to my calls and I've never been disappointed. Their response is very timely. In terms of appointments, I've never had a problem because either they come out on the same day or the next day. more
