We requested a service call and discovered it was better to replace our system rather than repair -- repair costs were almost 40% of replacement and no guarantee how long repair would last. Installation was scheduled a few days later and Thomas and Justin did a great job -- quick, quality appearance of new system, and left the work site immaculate. Came back a week later to check on the system -- had to add some coolant and tighten some screws because of a rattling in the outside system, but it was done quickly and efficiently. Thanks!
