Best plumbing experience in Virginia Beach, Va. We used A-1 Sewer plumbing a little over a month ago and paid 750$ to have our pipes cleaned due to a sewage back up in our recently purchased home. They were sloppy and after telling me they were charging me 750$ at the end of my service, they also were going to charge me an additional 30$ to use my credit card. A month later we had the same issue occur and we called them hoping it would be covered after only 35 days and they said, ""sorry, we don't warranty our services for cast iron pipes."" We then attempted to contact Michael and Son's plumbing and after having a scheduled 4 hour window set for a week (which I took off work for) they called and tried to cancel at the last minute because they were ""running behind"" after they called and said they were on there way 2 hours earlier. We finally took a friends suggestion and called Roto-Rooter out of Virginia Beach and it was the best decision we've made since we've purchased our home. The service woman over the phone was pleasant and understanding. They sent a technician out right away (on a Friday night at 4pm) and our technician Steven Kirkland was absolutely amazing. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you Roto-Rooter! I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends!
