We came home from church on Sunday to see water squirting from the ice-maker tube on our refrigerator. Our first question was... who can we call to respond on a Sunday and not charge an 'arm and a leg'. We were a little disappointed they couldn't find anyone to come on Sunday to Hampton and we didn't get a follow-up call to update us. However, they did come on Monday and by the time they committed to. The VA Beach office was excellent as our point of contact - to follow through with the Hampton office, when they couldn't be reached directly. The two gentlemen (Bryan & assistant) who responded were informative - explained what needed to be done, professional, timely and cleaned up. We were very pleased. Would call them again.
