Never gave a cost quote - disjointed process 6/9/2014

I have one A/C unit that was thought to have leaking coil and I wanted Frymire to come out and: 1. Confirm that was indeed the problem and 2. Give me a cost quote to repair. The technician showed up on time and performed the diagnostic, confirming that the coil was leaking. He finished up around 1115a, at which point I asked the logical question of how much it would be to repair. He couldn't provide a quote and stated that a "salesperson would be giving me a call shortly." Two hours go by and no one calls, even though I emphasized (since it was 94f out) that I was anxious to get a cost quote and move forward. I then call the main number and again stress the need for a cost quote. The dispatcher tries to find someone and says "Tony will call me back." Of course, Tony never does and now it is 3 days later. I feel like it was a complete waste of time and a hugely inefficient process. I won't use them again. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services Inc: The quote the customer requested was not for a repair but for a new air conditioner. Our process is that when our technician recommends a new system, he will then inform our office staff. Our staff then contacts the customer and introduces the customer to one of our comfort consultants. In this instance, all of our comfort consultants were meeting customers, including Tony, the comfort consultant assigned to this customer. Tony did call the customer that afternoon of the same day. We are sorry if the customer felt we were not quick enough, but we believe the customer's expectations are a bit unreasonable. more
