While this location is not conveniently located for me I will mostly likely return. From the beginning my experience was unexpectedly pleasant. The person I spoke with to make my appointment was so friendly I felt like I was calling a friend not a stranger. I arrived early and the service department wasn’t open, however once the doors were opened I was promptly greeted and my representative (Chris Van Horn) was courteous and efficient. My car was promised to me within an hour and a half. I was having my 15,000 mile service and an oil change. The waiting space is open and clean, also there is a coffee station which was appreciated! Chris came to tell me that my car was done 15 minutes early and that while I was paying he was having it washed and vacuumed. By the time I was done my very clean car was waiting for me. I highly recommend the service here! more
