I love the Flower Mound location! I'm so glad I found this place because the workout is great and only takes about 25 minutes so I'm able to get in and out without any fuss. When I first started here I came in with a Groupon. I was nervous because I hadn't been in the gym for a while but after seeing the layout and privacy of the place I was willing to give it a shot. They don't pressure you into signing up (WHEW!) but they do give you an option to. I chose to go ahead and sign up for the Fitness100 plan, which is awesome because once I go to the gym 100 times my monthly price gets cut to a $3 rate...$3! Umm that'll get me motivated! Also, the manager's, Brett, great attitude and training knowledge is what has helped me (I'm down 3 dress sizes!) and many others succeed at this gym. He's there all of the time! Even on his day off he'll pick up the phone to help with any question you might have. Seriously though, EVERY time I come in he's there with a smile on his face helping/motivating/pushing someone. It's customer service and support like Brett's that keeps me motivated to make my next workout! Thanks Brett :)
