We stayed one night in the Ormond Plantation house. We chose the Pineapple Room because it had access to the veranda. Upon arrival, we had a bottle of wine and a fruit and cheese tray waiting for us in the in room refrigerator that we were able to enjoy on the veranda as the sun went down. Other than being near to the busy river road traffic, the porch was an enjoyable plus. The queen bed was comfortable. Morning coffee in the hall rather than in your room. Breakfast was served at the big dining room table with the other guests as so many B & B's do so you can share the great food and conversation with others. Breakfast was the fabulous highlight! French toast, omelette, grits, fruit, potatoes, and big home made biscuits. Don't skip breakfast!
