My car was damaged in an accident, therfore insurance companies were involved throughout the entire process. Due to mistakes ont heir side, it took about a month AFTER my car was repaired before I could pay for it and pick it up. Not only did Matt's do great work on my car(it drives better than it did before the accident) but they were astoundingly patient with me and my situation. On top of that, there was never a moment where I didn't feel like a valued and respected customer.
