disbursed student financial aid funds to MBTI\r

Brun failed to return Direct Loan, FFEL, Pell,\r
and SEOG funds that MBTI wa\r
s not entitled to keep.Hermann was sentenced to 30 months\r
probation.\r
Brun was sentenced in Dece\r
mber 2005 to 24 months imprisonment and a $20,000\r
fine. The loss was $577,848.00.
