We purchased insurance through her for two consecutive years. This year we got a way better deal for a similar coverage we were getting, from a different company. I call this agent to cancel my renter’s insurance policy and she calls me cheap multiple times, directly and indirectly in her 5min conversation with me. She is very immature for her experience and can’t let go of a customer with dignity. This was the first time in 2yrs that I spoke to her and this is the impression I got of her. I am glad I did not have to deal with her more than this one last time. Please keep this part in mind as at some point we all need to move insurance companies for reasons of our own.
