I've been using Service Legends for a couple of years. I first went to them on the recommendation of my daughter, who said to call them. We had multiple situations where we were trying to decide whether or not to put in a new furnace. They worked with me and did some repairs, and did not push me into getting a new one. After a while there was another issue and my furnace was 21 years old, so my son and law came out and met with the gentleman from Service Legends and they decided it would be best to get a new one. My son and law went down with the gentleman to make sure I wouldn't be charged for anything I didn't need. He said that they were honest and they were not trying to sell me parts I didn't need. I trust them and they did not try to take advantage of me because I am a widow. Every tech that has ever been here has been very polite. They come in a timely manner, and always wear booties when they are in the house. I have recommended them to someone recently so they do have a new customer. There's nothing I can say about them that is negative in any department, from the people on the phone to the quickness of the service.
