I've been working with them for a good number of years. I had several very bad experiences with some other companies before. When Mike took over my account, he proivded the best service I've had since I've lived here since 1959. I just feel so comfortable with them. When the other people came and checked out the unit once or twice a year they were here for 20 minutes, but when Bowling comes they work bring back a full report and explain it to me, and are up there for at least 2 hours.
