About 16 years ago, Bowling Refrigeration Service put in two units. Early in January of this year, they replaced the units. They had them done within the day and left things tidy and clean. I'm on the plan where they come out twice a year to check things, which keeps the service and maintenance up-to-date. more

They put in an air conditioner in one of my homes and geothermal in another one. They took care of the furnaces for us too up until that installation, for around five years, and they were very good about that. They did a good job on the geothermal and installing the new air conditioner too. more

Worked real hard and got the job taken care of. 1/2/2013

We had a new air conditioning unit put in, and the one they put in wasn't able to cool the house down. They checked out everything and it still wasn't able to, so they put in a bigger one at no extra cost. The people were all extremely friendly and they worked with me all the way through. more

Bowling Refrigeration was just phenomenal. I called them about relocating a refrigeration unit. The estimator was very professional. He made a recommendation on the relocation and the framing that was required. The people Bowling sent came in on time, on budget, and showed up when they said they would. They did extra work and went above and beyond to deal with the drainage from the unit. I was surprised they didn't add on more for the extra work. I'm not used to getting that kind of service. more

Six out of five. Great customer service. My technician's name is Salvador Raygoza. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and he had great bedside manner. I can't say anything bad about Bowling, and honestly, I looked. If I had 50 bucks to spare, I would give it to Sal as a tip. I would. I'm kind of tight and don't have the money to give, so the only thing I could do is give the company this recommendation of their employee. You have an asset, and he deserves everything he gets. Real happy with their service. 10/1/2012

They were recommended to me by someone that had something done by them. I've lived here for 10 years and have had nothing but bad service, so any time someone says someone did something good for them I'll listen. The guy was right, I was real happy with them when they put in my new air conditioner. more

I've been working with them for a good number of years. I had several very bad experiences with some other companies before. When Mike took over my account, he proivded the best service I've had since I've lived here since 1959. I just feel so comfortable with them. When the other people came and checked out the unit once or twice a year they were here for 20 minutes, but when Bowling comes they work bring back a full report and explain it to me, and are up there for at least 2 hours. more

The guys that came out did a wonderful job and want to tell them there are not enough words to say how thrilled I am. I called Bowling because a friend of mine at work said that they service his air conditioning. He has two units on the roof of his house, and he said he had great experiences with Bowling. Naturally, I dropped the company I was with because they weren't doing good and called Bowling. I told them my friend recommended me, and they said they would be right out within the hour since I was without AC at the time. The installers got my air going again, cleaned up, and scheduled an appointment a couple days later to to tune the unit up. Now it has been 6 months, and I am totally, totally pleased. more

15 Years an no complaaints 4/1/2012

I have been using Bowling for over 15 years and never in that time have I had a complaint. All tecnichians have been courtious, promt and knowledgeable. I just had a service preformed on 3/30/12 and Jorge was on time and he completed the semi-annual inspection in about 2.5 hrs, preparing my AC for upcomming Cooling season. more

The first time I used Bowling Refrigeration Service of America, they didn't stay very long, not yet quite an hour. But after that, they did a through check ups and they have been good. But the first time they came out, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. Now it is good service and I am very satisfied with their service. more
