Parking spaces are very difficult to find. The shower's water pressure is the worst I've ever seen. The office refused to reimburse me the $100 that AT&T Internet charged me for fixing the land lines that unbeknownst to me were not working when i moved in. Apparently the company that provides the internet service is not qualified to fix the wires the internet uses, and I needed to consult with Kensington Apartments before allowing AT&T to fix what Kensington never bothered to check before letting me move in. And less than one month after moving in, my car was broken into and my radio was stolen. They will not work with you one bit if you're late on the rent. If you have paid your rent on time every month and need to pay it one day late, there's a $70 late fee. The people running it just have no decency whatsoever. All in all, a pretty crummy complex.
