Kensington Apartments

This place is the most crime infested, apathetically managed place I've ever been. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE more

Parking spaces are very difficult to find. The shower's water pressure is the worst I've ever seen. The office refused to reimburse me the $100 that AT&T Internet charged me for fixing the land lines that unbeknownst to me were not working when i moved in. Apparently the company that provides the internet service is not qualified to fix the wires the internet uses, and I needed to consult with Kensington Apartments before allowing AT&T to fix what Kensington never bothered to check before letting me move in. And less than one month after moving in, my car was broken into and my radio was stolen. They will not work with you one bit if you're late on the rent. If you have paid your rent on time every month and need to pay it one day late, there's a $70 late fee. The people running it just have no decency whatsoever. All in all, a pretty crummy complex. more

Ive lived here for a few months and it is nice to live here. its very quiet. I had no problems with the noise level pertaining to the neighbors or street disturbances. The grounds are kept nicely and the safe is so nice and courteous, as well. more

I have lived at Kensington Apartments for a few months now and I have nothing bad to say. The apartments are very quiet and the staff is friendly and more than happy to help you with whatever it is you may need. My apartment is very spacious with a very large living room and large patio. The parking is very good too, I always have somewhere to park whether it is in my covered spot or other uncovered spots when my roommate is parked in our spot. I would recommend Kensignton to anyone looking. more

if i could put no star i would this place has walked all over me for the last year i lived here the place caught on fire and it took them six months to move me and i had to pay a transfer fee cause i was tired of living in a burnt apartment now when it has started to rain my roof leaks and the office staff has laughed in face they commented onthe price which 100000 dollars is not my concern i payed rent on time the last year ive been here ive asked to be moved where the roof isnt leaking without any responce from the office or to let me break my lease and move they want to charge me 699 dollars to break the lease one months rent omg are you serious i called kurtis on them lets see what happens Pros: dont file maintainance requests Cons: rude uncaring staff when my roof leaked rain water more
