GOOD EXPERIENCE\r

I am a resident at a condo developed and managed by Dean Geibel and Waterfront. I have been here three years and have had nothing but a positive experience with them. They've been responsive to any problems I've had, never made me haggle them to get things done (as was the case with my last condo in Hoboken), and have been generally courteous. \r

Frankly, as someone who regularly attends my HOA meetings, it isn't Waterfront the irks me, but some of the board members of my HOA -- elected from among the residents at my complex -- who seem to continually hinder any kind of constructive dialogue and who are, against all reason, opposed to allowing Waterfront to take necessary measures to increase our collective home values.
