My experience was marred by several inconveniences and trady follow through. My duckless unit was installed but was not the unit that I had ordered. I had to call several times to find out when the appropriate unit was to be reinstalled since it was almost two weeks from when the first unit was installed and I hadn't heard back from your company. Additionally, my brand new laminate flooring was damaged when the original unit was installed and the installers indicated that I would receive a call from your company to arrange to had it repaired. Again, there was no follow-up from your company on this aspect either, necessitating a number of follow calls to try to get this resolved. As you can see, I have had to be the driving factor in getting your company to follow through on these two issues which has greatly inconvenienced me. more
