We just had a AirConditioner/HeatPump installed on an existing furnace! The guys were hard-working, professional, and knowledgeable! I stayed home for the install, because I was doing homework, and they jumped up in the attic and had the old ventilation ducts out in five minutes and on to other projects. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the work! Where they could have skimped on the work, they went the extra mile!! I would especially like to thank Nick and Alan (the installers), and Chuck and his wife (the duct cleaners) for their work! I cannot express how much we appreciate you! \r Highly recommended! My experience was marred by several inconveniences and trady follow through. My duckless unit was installed but was not the unit that I had ordered. I had to call several times to find out when the appropriate unit was to be reinstalled since it was almost two weeks from when the first unit was installed and I hadn't heard back from your company. Additionally, my brand new laminate flooring was damaged when the original unit was installed and the installers indicated that I would receive a call from your company to arrange to had it repaired. Again, there was no follow-up from your company on this aspect either, necessitating a number of follow calls to try to get this resolved. As you can see, I have had to be the driving factor in getting your company to follow through on these two issues which has greatly inconvenienced me. more

I called Sierra Air Monday afternoon to arrange to have them come out to do routine maintenance. They arrived on Tuesday afternoon. It was RJ who came. After he did the air conditioner, he asked if I would mind if he took a look at the furnace. He was able to help me pretty quickly and told me there were several sources of carbon monoxide in my home. Sierra Air arranged to have Tony Casper to help me look at the specifics of what I needed in a furnace. Tony didn't leave my house until he had a furnace that was exactly what I needed. He gave a careful estimate for three different choices. On Wednesday morning, Sierra Air came to tear out and replace my old furnace, which was twenty-four years old. Filipe was very personable and efficient and I felt comfortable to have him in my home. Everything was tidied up shortly that afternoon. I was extremely happy with everybody at Sierra Air and grateful for them being proactive enough to find health concerns within my home! I felt really good from the moment I had called them for the maintenance because they had taken less than twenty-four hours to take care of everything. It feels so nice to have a really good new furnace. It has a five-inch-deep filter because I've got allergies. Everything is enormously upgraded! I wrote a letter to their president! more
