I called Sierra Air Monday afternoon to arrange to have them come out to do routine maintenance. They arrived on Tuesday afternoon. It was RJ who came. After he did the air conditioner, he asked if I would mind if he took a look at the furnace. He was able to help me pretty quickly and told me there were several sources of carbon monoxide in my home. Sierra Air arranged to have Tony Casper to help me look at the specifics of what I needed in a furnace. Tony didn't leave my house until he had a furnace that was exactly what I needed. He gave a careful estimate for three different choices. On Wednesday morning, Sierra Air came to tear out and replace my old furnace, which was twenty-four years old. Filipe was very personable and efficient and I felt comfortable to have him in my home. Everything was tidied up shortly that afternoon.
I was extremely happy with everybody at Sierra Air and grateful for them being proactive enough to find health concerns within my home! I felt really good from the moment I had called them for the maintenance because they had taken less than twenty-four hours to take care of everything. It feels so nice to have a really good new furnace. It has a five-inch-deep filter because I've got allergies. Everything is enormously upgraded! I wrote a letter to their president!
