Where do I start?! When I first came I had pain in my knees, the bottom of my feet; and I also had pain in my back and neck. Oh, I almost forgot, I also had excessive sweating from hot flashes. Today; The bottom of my feet don't hurt. I noticed it one day when I flexed my foot and there was no pain :). I also have had significant reduction in the severity of hot flashes. There is no longer pain in my knees and different parts of my back. I have noticed a measurable improvement in my overall physical well being.
