On April 21, 2012 Mr. Herman presented a workshop titled, ?The Mentality of Success: Learning from the Immigrant Business Experience? at the 17th Annual Hispanic Leadership Conference. The workshop was not only well received, but inspirational and thought provoking, reminding us all of the enormous contributions and work ethic of today?s immigrant and whom it is that makes this country great.
