I have taken my dog here for two years. I had an appointment that required me to leave work 2.5 hours early. I get there and they have no idea I have an appointment and ask me ""Have you ever been here before?"" I don't expect them to remember me... but come on... 2 years? Then they find my appointment in the back of March and tell me that oh it's the 27th. ??? I just called last week and you told me ""Tuesday"" not the 27th but Tuesday- which doesn't that mean next week? They didn't offer to try and help me out- this girl just says ""uh... no, duh, I have to do these other dogs."" End of conversation. What a bummer to my day. Do I go back, dunno. Pretty disappointed. Guess my business doesn't really matter?
