The girl working at the front counter (named Myrissa) is absolutely awful. She is exceedingly rude to customers and the staff alike. She has kicked people out and threatened to call the police on them because they've accidentally hit the crossbar by bowling too quickly!!! If she is working the counter, stay far away!!!

I gave them back a couple of stars because the Manager has addressed some of the issues we've seen. I cannot give them a full 5 stars, however, because Myrissa continues to work at the front desk.
