My first contact was with the owner to schedule a cost estimate for rodent removal the next day. I told the owner I will not be present to speak to the technician yet my tenants will be there to let him examine the area. The owner said it was fine.
The next day I get a call from Robert their service technician with a horrible attitude demanding someone be there with a credit card. His explanation of the services were to vague as he stated ""he can't close up every minute hole"" which gives me lack of confidence in them. Plus I do not trust this guarantee they refer too. Robert has a definite lack of professionalism when it comes to potential customer service. They are never getting a dime from me.
