A good friend of mine recommended this company, The owner Alan him self came out to assess the problem. I found him to be very friendly and honest. I had a raccoon problem , he came out 3 different times since it was a family we were dealing with and never charged me for the extra cages, I was impressed on how caring he was with the animal it self. Other family members of mine have also used this company and we were never disappointed. more

Horrible Customer Service 2/22/2012

My first contact was with the owner to schedule a cost estimate for rodent removal the next day. I told the owner I will not be present to speak to the technician yet my tenants will be there to let him examine the area. The owner said it was fine. The next day I get a call from Robert their service technician with a horrible attitude demanding someone be there with a credit card. His explanation of the services were to vague as he stated ""he can't close up every minute hole"" which gives me lack of confidence in them. Plus I do not trust this guarantee they refer too. Robert has a definite lack of professionalism when it comes to potential customer service. They are never getting a dime from me. more

Honored Contract 2/7/2012

I read the previous reviews and was a little worried.\r \r The previous owner had some work done by Alco and had paid to have a one way door trap placed. Alco guaranteed it for life. We called them up because we had heard some scratching in our walls. Robert came by the next day- looked around inside, got up on a ladder and looked around. He found the area near the trap had been compromised. He replaced a new one way door. He didn't charge us anything. He even took a picture and showed us what he did since it was up on the roof. Like a said, we were nervous in the beginning but now are very pleased with the service. I felt in the very least I should leave a positive review. more

Jerk-offs 8/19/2011

What a bunch of scumbags. These inappropriate misanthropes lies to my wife about coming to our house and removing animals when we were on vacation. I know this since I shut the traps when we left. Demanded money from her in cash to leave the traps and were generally rude and disrespectful to a woman at her own house. The job was not finished and we still have animals after charging me over $400 . There guaranty is crap and so is this company. more
