I dropped my car off on Saturday for an oil change and for some guidance on a check engine light, and a squeaky belt. Apparently the service department tried to contact me several times, but couldn't reach me due to their inability to write my phone number down properly. I called in after the service department had closed, and so had to go without my car for the weekend. I was irritated, but understood that accidents can occur. It gets much worse. Monday morning I arrive to find out I have been charged $165 to run ""diagnostics"" on the check engine light, and belt. This is a service I'd expect for free before I pay for parts and labor, but not with their organization. Any other reputable business would have treated this as an opportunity to gain my business. I have bought multiple cars from Champion, have referred friends and relatives, and have specifically requested that your organisation handle accident repairs on my vehicles. But after this weekend I'm going to make it a personal mission to show the online and offline community just how rotten a community citizen your organization is. I've never been more taken advantage of, and for $165. more
