I found Ace Solid Waste to be the cheapest garbage service provider servicing my area (Ramsey County). They seem more flexible than most garbage service providers. We ordered a roll-off dumpster from them in the spring of 2010 and they let us keep their dumpster as long as we would like because we ordered weekly dumpster pickup service through them. I got a hold of Allied Waste who was offering a better deal on weekly dumpster service. I called Ace about it and they were openly willing to match their price. I called them again when Allied waste was offering an even lower deal. Called Ace again and they matched it again. They do all online billing, I have no problem with them.
