I applied for a job and they told me I needed to learn some programs. So I signed up at this place. When I went to the first class the instructor went over the material for us. He then gave us some time to practice the material. Then he went over more stuff and then we practiced again, and so on. It was a very hands-on as they had told me over the phone.
