When I dropped my coat off to be dry cleaned they told me it would cost $17. I gave them the $20 deposit so when I went to pick up the coat I was expecting a few bucks back but they charged me another $10 saying that since the coat had a leather collar they had to send it to Cincinnati for special handling. I don't care. $30 to clean a coat is too much. I didn't pay much more than that for the coat. And it took two weeks to get it done. When I complained they didn't even return my e-mail. I'll never go back.
