Hart's Laundry & Dry Cleaning

When I dropped my coat off to be dry cleaned they told me it would cost $17. I gave them the $20 deposit so when I went to pick up the coat I was expecting a few bucks back but they charged me another $10 saying that since the coat had a leather collar they had to send it to Cincinnati for special handling. I don't care. $30 to clean a coat is too much. I didn't pay much more than that for the coat. And it took two weeks to get it done. When I complained they didn't even return my e-mail. I'll never go back. more

Hart's Laundry and Dry cleaning is an excellent dry cleaners. The work they do there is outstanding and so is the service. When I took my laundry there it turned out so well it seemed bran new! When I took a jacket that needed to be dry cleaned after it was done it looked better than my laundry!! I was shocked on what a great job they did! I would definitely recommend Hart's for anyone who needs dry cleaning or laundry done. Pros: Fantastic service, dry cleaning, and laundry! more

I have taken my clothes here on several occasions (shouldn't have). The first time I took them here, they ruined a shirt (had black on it once I picked it up), the second time they had a button fall off and told me that it wasn't there to begin with (which I know it was), and now I took them a $200 dress that they returned with black all over it. Needless too say, Im finished with second chances and want to recommend that no one take their clothing here. In addition, they have very expensive prices compared to where I now take my drycleaning (which returns it in perfect condition). I am not normally one to complain about service (EVER), but this has been absolutely terrible. Please consider this when chosing a dry cleaning service. Cons: Ruined my clothing on 3 occasions and never refunded me of offered to help. THey only denied it all. more
