OMG! There was a time when the service was pretty good but I don?t know what happened. I was told by customer service to make an appointment in the morning- which I did. It took them 8 hours to change one tire and they didn?t even call me when it was done. However that?s not the worst thing that happened...wait for it...the idiots placed my bad tire back on my truck! I didn?t realize it until the next day because I so pissed off from the poor service. I had to go back down to that place to get the tire that I paid for on my truck. Unbelievable!
