I have known Bob for years. he is authorized with four or five brands of TV's. He has done work for myself and people I know. He has been in business in Madison,Wi. and Sun Prairie Wi. In the past he was a test & repair engineer of Industrial computers. He has programmed and built test rigs to test video and computer boards. Flat panel TV repair would be a piece of cake for him. Compared what he has done in the past. Any negative reviews about him would have to be from one of his competitors or some uninformed Idiot!
