Great facility and they accept my insurance. The General dentistry has great customer service, follow up, and are very attentive. However, the specialty group is a different a different story. I had long waits for my procedure, they tried to charge me more, and no follow up calls on "how are we doing." I asked for a call back, never got one. I asked for a prescription for over the counter drugs, never got it. Maybe the assistant is overwhelmed but there is a lack of attention to detail. Overall I rated general a 4 and specialty at 2.5, which avg. 3.5.
