After 4 attempts to repair refrigerator, the technician would tell us he would get back with us but never heard back from him. Had to contact head office to get him to come back and made appointment but he never showed or called. When he did show up it would be close to 8p.m. Asked to speak to owner but never heard from him either. Paid up front to have service completed but w/o completion. Also had him quote a repair on part for GE dishwasher. He quoted $138 for part but bought online for $8. He was also going to charge another $250 to install which we replaced ourselves in about a 8 minutes. Be Ware! more
