I'd read some reviews on how awful DWP was about returning deposits to tennants and was a bit concerned that it'd be impossible, despite my positive experience up to that point. My concerns were completely unfounded. I cleaned the home like I would any home that I were vacating, attended the inspector during my final walk through and had my refunded deposit check within two weeks. \r

No issues at all. If I ever have to lease a home again, I'll be looking for Desert Wide Properties. \r
