I love tanning here but I am not happy due to the fact that my credit card expired and they failed to let me know that it was being declined due to this and they have been charging me for this. Now i could understand if i was just simply not paying!! I just tanned there 1 week ago and they said absolutly nothing about this to me. As always i just walked in, scanned my lil card, and my finger print and tanned! I had no idea that my card was declined and was being charged. Why didnt they tell me then? Now 1 week later, i have a huge bill from so called late fees and yes i am going to pay it, but i am not happy at all! This is bad communication with their sales people and simply makes them look bad. I coulda just paid it 1 week ago and settled the problem. Due to this, I do not reccoment anyone getting a membership there unless you just wanna get scammed for money!
