From the moment I walked into Poise & Strength I have felt like I was walking in the door of a good friend's home. Leo, the studio pup greets me at the door every appointment. Tiffany and Lauren, owners of P&S always welcome me with big smiles as if I were a exclusive member of their family. The workouts are hard and rewarding but its the connection I have made with these women that keeps me coming back. They have created a beautiful atmosphere in which I can feel comfortable and confident in my own body.\r
