They fail to send payment reminder statements and cancelled my policy after I paid on time. They made me prove payment by sending them a copy of a cleared check and statement, instead of calling their own accounting department who had it on file but cancelled my policy anyway. I found out my policy was cancelled when DHSMV sent me a drivers license suspension notice for not having insurance. I never had any problems with other insurance compaines.
