My first visit at His or Hers Salon was very pleasant. I appreciated being greeted by a friendly lady who worked at the front desk instead of having to wait for a stylist to leave her client to talk to me. My stylist, Bonnie, listened to what I had in mind for my color and style, she repeated back what she heard me communicate to her, to make sure she understood what I described. This I really appreciated as well. I did have to play musical chairs a bit with another customer, which wasn't too bad due to having a young gal helping Bonnie out. The offer of coffee was another nice touch and most of all, the great end result of my hair color along with very friendly employees made for a satisfying visit. I have already made another appointment!
