I had called in this morning to to one of my tenents called saying that the tub was not draining and water was still in the tub. I called the local number to Roto-Rooter and thought that i woul have to waite until Monday to get service which they had a service tech that could fix my issue today. Keith 4589 arrived on time and took his time to inform everything that could happen or not, which do like not getting blind sided with extra cost that could have been involed before work was performed. I also run a service crew of 25 guys and all of them have to give customer service to the best of their ability no less and Keith i would say fitted in right with them i felt very comfortable with his performance and knowledge. i normaly do not trust anyone working on anything that i own and it takes a while for me to gain trust but with Keith he fitted in with no problem. He also advised me some future products to help with my house along with the 2 appartments in keeping them working without issue and I purchase the product to try like i said before i usually never by any thing or trust anyone. This time it was different my appartements are working better than before and it been a long time since i have seen it that way.. If I have more issues in the future i would like to have Keith come back and fix the problem.
